If you don’t like our products, please simply return them to us and we will refund your money without any hassle. Please make sure the merchandise is not used and the plastic wrapping around the bands are not removed before sending them back. We will not refund your money on used products. Make sure you read our return policies before ordering. Please include all the original packing, material, merchandise, and any included accessories in your package. (i.e. locks, keys, straps, boxes…) Refunds are issued in the same form in which the original payment was made and may take up to 30 business days after the receipt of goods.
